Hương's Pho is a family-owned Vietnamese restaurant run by the Nguyen family since 2019. The name pays tribute to the matriarch's first name, Hương, who still prepares many dishes according to recipes from her hometown of Hanoi. The restaurant specializes in the traditional Vietnamese noodle soup pho, which is simmered with bone marrow for over 24 hours to achieve its deep, rich flavor. In addition to various pho varieties, we also offer fresh spring rolls, banh mi sandwiches, and the popular grilled dish bun cha. All spices and herbs are imported directly from Vietnam or grown in our own small garden. The bright and airy space is decorated with traditional Vietnamese elements reminiscent of Hanoi's streets. We take pride in serving an authentic street food experience where each guest can customize their dish with fresh cilantro, mint, lime, and chili. Our bun bo hue and vegetarian pho chay have become local favorites.
