Liguria celebrates the coastal cuisine of the Italian Riviera, specializing in fresh seafood and the vibrant flavors of Genoa and the Ligurian coast. Since opening in 2021, we've become the destination for lovers of pesto, focaccia, and Mediterranean seafood. Our signature basil pesto is made daily using the traditional Genovese method with a marble mortar and pestle, DOP Parmigiano-Reggiano, and Ligurian olive oil. The menu features trofie al pesto, pansotti with walnut sauce, and our popular seafood dishes like branzino al sale and fritto misto. We work closely with local fishermen to ensure the freshest catch, complemented by ingredients imported from Liguria. The airy, light-filled dining room with blue and white decor evokes the feeling of a seaside trattoria overlooking the Mediterranean. Our focaccia, baked fresh throughout the day, has become legendary among regulars. The wine list focuses on crisp Ligurian whites like Vermentino and Pigato that pair perfectly with our seafood-focused menu.
