Opening in 2019, we focus on perfecting this single dish that's beloved throughout Japan. Tonkatsu is a seemingly simple dish that requires careful technique and quality ingredients. We use premium pork loin, tenderized and breaded with panko (Japanese breadcrumbs) that creates an incredibly crispy coating. The cutlet is deep-fried to golden perfection - crispy outside, juicy inside. It's served with finely shredded raw cabbage, rice, miso soup, and pickles in the traditional set meal style. The tangy tonkatsu sauce, made from fruits and vegetables, perfectly complements the rich pork. We also offer chicken katsu, menchi katsu (breaded ground meat), and our special black pork tonkatsu on weekends. The simple, clean interior focuses attention on the food, with a counter where you can watch the chefs at work. Each cutlet is fried to order, never sitting under heat lamps.
