Yakiniku Horumon offers an interactive Japanese BBQ experience where diners grill premium wagyu beef and specialty cuts at their own table. Since 2020, we've been introducing Swedish diners to yakiniku - the Japanese style of grilling bite-sized meat pieces over charcoal. Each table has a built-in grill where you cook your own selection of meats to your preferred doneness. Our menu features premium cuts including wagyu ribeye, short rib, tongue, and horumon (offal cuts) popular in Japan. The beef is sourced from trusted suppliers and sliced thin for quick grilling. We provide different sauces including tare (sweet soy-based) and ponzu (citrus) for dipping. The experience is interactive and social, perfect for groups. Side dishes include kimchi, pickled vegetables, rice, and lettuce wraps. The modern interior with private booth seating creates an intimate atmosphere. Our staff provides guidance on grilling techniques and timing for each cut. We also offer premium sake, Japanese whisky, and beer to complement your meal. The meat quality is exceptional, with marbling that creates incredible flavor when grilled. Reservations are recommended, especially on weekends.
